Shipping Policy

Golden Crown is committed to getting your items in your hands as quickly and cost effectively as possible. We will try to ship your order/s on the same day and work diligently to keep back orders to a minimum.

Flowers and gifts can be delivered locally (Guymon, Oklahoma and adjacent cities) on the same day.

All standard delivery products are shipped from our brick-and-mortar store and typically arrive in five to seven business days, depending on distance from the base of our operations in Guymon, OK. Upon successful order checkout, you will receive an order confirmation email. In the rare event the item is temporarily out of stock, you will receive a back order email with contact information for follow-up. Tracking numbers will be provided in each shipping confirmation email. You will also receive the following update emails: “in transit to your city”, “out for delivery” from your local shipping station, and “delivery confirmation” when your package is delivered to your address.

Sales tax is automatically calculated by our system.

Return Policy

We hope you will be happy with your every purchase from Golden Crown. However, if you do need to return an item, please note the following policies before starting the return process:

What items are returnable?

·         Delivered within 10 days

·         Damaged

·         Wrong shipments

·         Unworn and unused

·         Tags and/or labels attached

·         Packaging intact

Is it easy to return items?

Yes. All return items will require prior authorization before being sent back. Please email ( or call (580-338-3031) us to begin the process. Items returned without prior authorization cannot be handled. Items damaged in transit require pictures of damage.

What about return shipping costs?

You may be responsible for return shipping costs, depending on the reason for return. Golden Crown pays for it only in the event of a mistake by our fulfillment center or damaged goods. Shipping is not refundable. We do not cover for return shipping costs if the reason is because of customer preference, including changing one’s mind.

What items are nonrefundable?

·         Received more than 10 days ago

·         Marked as “sale”, “clearance”, or “special promo”.

All sales are final. We accept returns for exchange on items damaged in transit. We issue store credits in case a return item is out-of-stock.

How soon will I get my refund?

Once your items reach our brick-and-mortar store and are inspected upon return, you’ll receive your refund, typically within 24 to 48 hours. If the item was purchased with a gift certificate, you will be issued an in-store credit for the amount of the item.
